Our Story
The Lyman & Alice Phillips Community Resource Center @ Winston is a Baltimore-centered initiative working to transform the former Winston Middle School into a comprehensive community resource hub where essential services can be accessed under one roof. This reflects our long-term vision and ongoing work, not a completed redevelopment.

LAPCRC’s vision grows from decades of service connected to Antioch Church of God, which has served its Baltimore community for more than 50 years.
